How do I contact the seller?
There is a "ask a question box" underneath the product listing. Click on here and the seller will be alerted of your message. They will respond directly to you.
How long will it take for my order to be made and dispatched?
Each product will have different lead times, some will even have "ready to post" items. Please read the description on the listing to find our this information.
The sellers should also have policies on their shipping, privacy and refund and payments.
What happens if I do not receive my purchase?
Please contact the seller as outlined above. They may need to resend or make a claim if the purchase has got lost in the post. 
Is there anyone I can discuss my purchases with other than the seller?

How do I pay for my purchases?
Please click on the basket when selecting the products that you wish to buy. You will be directed to fill in your details and then you can pay using either your credit or debit card or paypal.
What do I do if I am not happy with my purchases?
Please contact the seller using the  "ask a question" box and the seller will communicate with you via email. Each seller will have a returns and refund policy available on each listing and in their shop, please read these before purchase.
Can I leave a review?
Absolutely yes! Our sellers love a 5 star review and it will make their day, just click on the "add review" box. However if you have an issue please contact the seller to resolve this before leaving anything negative.
Can I send my purchase to another address?
Yes, when you process to the cart you can add a different delivery address.
Do you have a newsletter?
Yes, you can find this at the bottom of our home page and you can sign up there to receive our news and offers.
I have a discount code, how do I use it?
The discount box can be found after you add your purchase to the cart, enter the code and the amount will be discounted at checkout.
Is this a British site?
Yes, our site is run by a creative collective and the team are based all over the UK. Every team member has their own creative business and they also have a shop on this site too.
Each seller is based in the UK.
