This vampire's wife bat brooch comes in 2 sizes, and is perfect for dressing up your outfit or bag. Two tone mica powder gives it a soft metallic appearance, which shimmers beautifully.
The back of the brooch has a rotating locking mechanism, to help ensure it is secure when worn.
Small: 4cm wide
Large: 5cm wide
Experimenting with colours, and inclusions, is part of the attraction of working with resin. In addition to mica, pigments, glitter, I often add dried flowers, watch parts (Steampunk), beads, sequins, confetti, shells, and feathers. All it takes is a splash of colour and some sparkle, to brighten any outfit.
The beauty of a simple flower or pine cone often needs no other additions to make a stunning piece of jewellery, or decorative item for the home. Metal leaf can add a touch of luxury, and the range of colour pigments is extensive.
Taking inspiration from everywhere in order to make gifts, I hope my creations put smiles on the faces of both those gifting and receiving my work.
Every item is intended to be unique, unless a bespoke order of multiples are requested. One off designs can be made for you, including gifts, keepsakes, and memorial pieces, drop me a message here to discuss.
You can find other examples of my work including clocks, decorated wooden boxes, earrings and pendants, paw print and letter keyrings, on my facebook, instagram and twitter pages.
